⚠️ Don't Hyperventilate!

You CANNOT lose fat by breathing faster. Hyperventilation depletes CO₂ in your blood, causing dizziness or fainting. Fat only oxidises when your body has an energy deficit. More breathing only matters AFTER the fat has been mobilised — the calorie deficit is what unlocks it.

❌ Fat converts to energy/heat

Violates the Law of Conservation of Mass. Atoms cannot simply disappear. Fat's 55 carbon atoms must leave the body — they exit as CO₂ gas through the lungs.

❌ Fat sweats out

Sweat is water + electrolytes. Zero fat content. You cannot sweat out adipose tissue — the biochemistry makes it impossible.

❌ Fat exits in stool

Undigested dietary fat can pass in stool. But stored body fat (triglycerides inside adipocytes) is oxidised and exits only through lungs (84%) and kidneys/skin (16%).
